The only thing that was good is training.

Cons

No time to time salaries, no increments, no bonuses, extra hours works(no payment for them), no transport allowance, no benefits. No proper HR support, non-settlement of dues, no arrears, and not to mention rats and poisonous snakes(they crawl even to the 3rd floor) in and around the building.

No nonsense small scale company. Care about the employees the best they can, in this inconsistent job market. No micro management but excellent balancing out. Definitely good place to start their career.

Cons

Low pay to start but offset with many other benefits.
