Join it only if you want to boast that you work with IIM. There is no way one should think of working here.
Cons
Highly unstructured organisation with no clarity on processes and individual job roles. Lazy staff who just work to get a pay check at month end. Very mismanaged. Inspite of being a management institute no one knows basic management of things. Pathetic place to work. Redundant and highly incompetent staff. Faculty are only good in teaching their areas of specialisation and zero when it comes to streamline things in campus. No ownership at all. Very high employee attrition rate. Very unprofessional organisation to work with. No learning or growth. Very low pay structure.
