      None at all whatsoever. Some of the professors one has to assist are good, thats about it.

      Cons

      In the name of academic work, they make academic associates do clerical work. The mba office controls academic associates, and their half-educated, ill-behaved office staff misbehave with the associates at every chance they get. In an institute that teaches management, all that goes on the life of an academic associate is mismanagement due to these reasons.
