      Pros

      A lot of flexibility when it comes to your working hours. As long as you're getting your assigned work finished in a decent manner you can handle it the way you see fit.

      Awesome Place To Work

      Pros

      Friendly environment. Flexible work schedule. It's a small company and has a more comfortable feel to it, instead of feeling like a "corporate". I came from a competitor of IJUS and I can personally tell you that IJUS has their act together. Professional yet fun. It's hard to find any other job like this one.

      Cons

      There is a high turn over rate mostly because of pay. IJUS will train you and give you experience but once you've gained experience it isn't hard to find a job that will pay more.
