      Great to be outside, laid back office,

      Management overpromising and underdelivering. Leadership has very weak business sense. Micromanagement leads to distrust.

      Pros

      A lot of flexibility when it comes to your working hours. As long as you're getting your assigned work finished in a decent manner you can handle it the way you see fit.
