Excellent company that’s takes care employees and offers opportunity for growth for go-getters. The benefits and paid time off are excellent.

Cons

Dead weight employees are not reprimanded so the slack is picked up by others. Poor management in past years has set limited company growth

Partially flexible working hours (In: 7.30pm - 8.30am, Out: 4.30pm - 5.30pm) Work-life balance (all employees expected to clock out by 5.30pm) Working with quite high technology products Because it is a medium sized company, you can learn and do a lot There is space for growth, but probably need to play a little bit of politicking

Management managed by fear instead of empowerment Too much red tape and bureaucracy The office/production floor looks old, uninspiring and bleak Overall working vibes is not good. Got the feeling of worker vs HR & MD
