      Strong project exposure and learning, but consistency and structure and top management need improvement

      Pros

      Strong exposure to large scale projects like Riyadh Metro, KAFD and similar infrastructure works. Practical site experience in testing, commissioning, and coordination from early stages. Some technically strong colleagues who are supportive on the ground. Good platform for building a solid Project based engineering profile.

      Cons

      High nepotism in the company which make difficult to get what you deserve. Poor planning and reactive management often lead to last minute pressure and rework. Weak focus on work life balance. Efforts are not consistently recognized, leading to low motivation over time. Communication gaps between management and site teams create confusion and delays. Career growth, promotions, and salary progression lack transparency and structure.

      You can see there is a diversity in some projects

      Cons

      Though in some teams there is a diversity if you look at team structure but there is a favoritism in terms of salaries distributing, increments, .....etc, it is HR responsibility to address any issue related to diversity and make sure justice is served
