      Isolated role where staff don't come together besides over the phone.

      Pros

      All work from home so this is an autonomous position.

      Cons

      No company get togethers and no Xmas parties so very isolating with little to no staff comradery.

      We have an annual Christmas Party which all employees are invited to. We also get together as a company in the July timeframe each year for business updates and team building. The sales team also meet regularly, usually monthly.
