Pros

401k match is great Yearly bonus is nice Catered lunches during the winter holidays Weekly BBQs in the summer

Cons

Such an old school mindset CEO believes men are far superior - I remember he pointed at a group of admins and said to clients that these ladies do the work of a PM and we pay them like secretaries and laughed Dress code Pretends to be family oriented -At the start of COVID the company let go so many people and cut the pay for the employees remaining but decided to spend 10K on a video sent out to employees to state that they are still a family. You can't pay your own employees for work but you can spend $10k for a stupid video? Company plays favorites -Allow only certain employees to have flexible hours. Allow only certain employees to wfh during the pandemic. Company spends large amounts of money on stuff like a stupid carnival in the parking lot that no one wants to go to but feel forced to attend No work/life balance. If your life does not revolve around the company they think less of you. They want to have a façade of a family oriented family so much that they try to throw that in your face but will have no hesitation in dropping you for no good reason and then pretend you don't exist

Pros

good benefits and the company supplied shirts

Cons

They do not us there Superintendents to full capacity. They put people with little no experience to in charge who will not listen to people with more experience . they work the Superintendent 's more than 40 hours and do not pay them more than what there salary is . This is braking the law. If you work 40 hours you are classified a not exempt employee. Meaning you must pay that person overtime for everything over 40 hours .IMC DOES NOT DO THAT . When you turn your hours is via computer, is program that is used on the computer is designed to not let put down more than 8 hours a day , even if you worked 12 hours . This is breaking the law , but they get away with it.

-401k match program is top notch -High level of responsibility given to employees, career path possibilities are endless -Employees are extremely committed and care about the development of new hires -Welcoming environment with supportive management

Cons

-Inflexible working environment / working hours -Lean management methods, minimal amount of overhead spent possible -Favors employees with families / children in terms of leniency, work flexibility, etc (not as ideal for young millennial employees) -If you don't eat/ breathe IMC, you are viewed slightly differently
