      I think it is good that they will find your client and market your profile.

      Cons

      You won't get any bonus, PTOs, stocks nothing.

      Staffing and consultingIndustry is based on giving the best possible rate to the employee. There is no possibility of bonus as it is incorporated into the rate. Stock options are provided by companies that have gone public or product based companies. We wish you all the best and hope your next assignment meets your requirements.

      Pros

      Professionalism, that's what I value the most in a company. They support you when needed, pay on time, and give you appropriate information regarding benefits like health insurance and in my case immigration status. Also, at least in my case because of my latest projects I have an outstanding work/life balance, I don't know about my colleagues though.

      Cons

      Kind of strict clauses on my contract in my opinion, but that's understandable since hiring a foreign worker takes a lot of effort and comes with many risks.

      Thanks for your review. Paid hollidays are given to employees on salary basis. It looks like you are on hourly pay. We do offer Medical, dental, vision, short term disability and long term disability. You have to opt these benefits. In hourly pay the premium is borne by the employee.
