      Interesting work overshadowed by toxic culture and management

      The work can be genuinely interesting

      Cons

      For a business school, the management and culture is staggering. It's highly political with people willing to undergo extremely unethical behavior to advance their careers, and the general approach to management dehumanises employees. Working here has been extremely bad for my mental health.

      Great infrastructure and highly professional staff.

      Cons

      Politics, no clear vision or strategy, lack of planning, constant “urgency” mentality, stretched resources for unrealistic expectations. Little to zero career advancement opportunities. Company has lost and will keep losing brilliant talents.
