IMETCO is an innovative fast paced and growing organization that challenges the individual to be creative and committed to the mission of customer satisfaction and delivered solutions. The individual is rewarded through traditional compensation and participation in IMETCO's ESOP (which in partnership with it's parent company, Garland Industries, has proven to be a tremendously lucrative and motivation benefit).
