      Flexible working environment with decent remuneration. Depending on the department, overtime might be paid.

      Pros

      Incredible benefits with 30 days of vacation and 15 days is sick plus federal holidays and a week at Christmas, Healthcare that's cheap and works anywhere and lots of side benefits even at the contractual level.

      Cons

      There's no room for advancement. As a research analyst, you are limited to 4 years of work as a contractual. Lower pay than private sector.
