Pros

There are no pro's here at all.

Cons

this company hires on mass to have you as a sales person go door to door. They hire anyone with deception and tactics that border unethical. They would not like to consider themselves another off shoot of another company called sidcore. They did not pay fuel consumption, base salary, and commissions in some cases to people that earned them.

Struggling Boys Club Start-Up

Pros

People that work there are friendly yet driven and all have unique backgrounds. Rental office has a nice kitchen and coffee machine.

Cons

Company is newly based in Denver and is renting office space which makes what should be a very collaborative environment difficult. Offices are cramped and spread all over the 11th floor along with many other companies. The folks that started the company have great backgrounds but are all life long friends. Breaking into that circle for higher level opportunities is next to impossible. Pace is unpredictable going from nothing to do one minute to a break neck pace the next. Upper management has talent but no ability to train and develop. Leadership will talk about the growth that is coming but that covers up the real issue that revenues are very weak. Essentially the well being of this company depends upon door to door sales teams across the country producing. When they don't over-perform funds are tight. Pay is less than market for a start-up and the benefits are laughable especially if you choose to put more than yourself on the plan. Benefits are pretty close to COBRA costs for a family. Take a position here if you are desperate but do not expect loyalty from them and jump quickly if something better pops up.

Run away from this company

Pros

As a sales rep you can make some easy money, especially once Sr "leadership" teaches you to game the system fraudulently.

Cons

This company is garbage. Check out the top people and you'll see they all came from the same failed company. They think rah rah and fake enthusiasm can overcome their lack of business intelligence. They all will lie, cheat and steal from you. But they'll also teach you how to do it to others. What's funnier than all of that is that they are worried about these kind of reviews, so they literally require us to post false positive posts in order to impress their would be clients. Maybe it's a ginger thing.
