Fun team to work with. Fair salary and bonus schemes - work hard = great rewards. Directors are generous and encouraging. Willing to let the individual explore industries / opportunities. The Directors have a vest amount of knowledge and experience, you can learn a lot from them. Interesting / fast moving industry to work in. Survived the recession by adapting with the market - due to IMR's knowledge of the industry, they are able to move with the market and continue to place candidates.
Cons
Recession was hard - motivation was low at times. The commercial side of Mobile (games, ringtones) changes so fast and sometimes during tough times the market completely disappears - it's hard to adapt and find new clients during these times. Bonus scheme dependant on how hard you work, you find your own clients / jobs to fill so you have to be proactive!
