      Horrible owners are out of touch with reality and offer no pay raises or cost of living raises. Company quarterly meetings are crass and speak of politics and other issues that have no place in a work environment.

      I loved my job. The people were like family.

      Cons

      Too much turn over at the General Manager level. It made it very challenging to have goals and KPIs. Just very confusing.

      Great place for experience in anything you really find yourself interested in. Small company with decent job security.

      Absentee Owner Management History of bad leaders No good growth programs Lots of added responsibilities with no corresponding pay increases
