      They are just using employees as labours They are promoting people just like unnecessary promotions worst thing i ever seen whether you ll get title but there is no meaning to have title no company will consider your title no value of getting experience no value in market

      Please change your managers worst management long working hours sometimes 12 hours high pressure bad words by managers

      No Work life Balance Micro management No Professionlism They will ask you to work more then shift timings Didn't provide proper tools to work Portals are not good Even they dont have leaves as a benefit//coz here leaves are part of CTC Nobody is bothered here for your exit formalities
