Pros
Very few. There have been some nice people in the company but it's always been overshadowed by improper leadership.
Cons
The MD is a sociopath, manipulates rather than inspires, deceives rather than instructs and simply doesn't understand other human beings. She's not inherently a bad person, she's simply emotionally unstable and venomous to work for.

I joined IMS over 6.5 yrs ago. I initially started as a team support member before rapidly progressing into research, headhunting and candidate management. I now hold a senior position supporting all the consultants in shortlisting, database training and sales communications. I really enjoy the challenges of the role, the close-knit team support and strong learning opportunities. This is why I stay at IMS long term. - Great team atmosphere and work environment - Supportive and fair senior management - Strong emphasis on corporate values; Quality, Consistency, Integrity and Innovation - Great base salary, commission structure, bonuses and team incentives
Cons
The business has re-structured over recent times, leading to necessary change. We have some very strong client relationships with companies spanning 10 years plus however the emphasis is now more on making things happen rather than reacting to a role brought in by a Senior Manager or Director.
