      Pros

      I join in 2023 - starting as a junior mobile app developer here has been challenging but the projects are engaging, and I'm learning a lot every day. My colleagues are friendly and always willing to lend a hand, which makes the work environment supportive.

      Cons

      The onboarding process felt a bit rushed, and I had to figure out some things on my own. It would be helpful if there was more structured training for newcomers.

      Work here is tough but fulfilling. I like how my colleagues help me out when I need it. They're always ready to teach if you're brave enough to ask.

      Cons

      When I started, HR was busy and missed some onboarding stuff. Luckily, my manager sorted it out for me.
