Pros
Based on my personal perception great organization for fresher to start their career in Healthcare domain. Great work culture. Good management and Friendly treating colleague's. Simply says that they are treating there employee's in friendly manner as well as Family members. A lot of opportunities to grow, groom and build ourselves in Healthcare industry. Most probably the salary would be credited on 1st of every month, in the case of weekends you would be receive the same earlier.
Cons
Do not expect too much of appraisal in yearly manner(2022 to 2023). But nowadays they are trying to give their best in appraisal(2024). I have received almost 25% of hike in the last appraisal which is held on 2024. Must be clock yourselves in 480 mins as floor hours.(Which is a usual thing in nowadays corporate world)
