Seriously, don't work here, I worked for over a year.

Pros

There really are no pros, unless you like extreme favoritism, empty promises, anti social coworkers and poor communication. Oh and obsession over dress code.

Cons

Management has no power, especially in particular departments and everyone dates everyone. Oh and the work is mind numbingly boring. No matter what position your in the work is just awful. And any chance someone has to throw you under the bus they will. This may sound like a petty review but I am being as honest as I can while censoring myself. I have never been treated so poorly in my life, and they're not afraid to do it to you.

Horrible company to work for

Pros

Fun work atmosphere, flexible work schedules and a stress free job

Cons

The higher up Managers would only promote the employees they liked. It was almost like you had to kiss butt in order to get what you want. The ones who were promoted were the ones who hardly showed up for work. The hard working employees were always put on the back burner. Managers promised things to employees that never got done. Mark and Steve would never talk to you unless they needed something. Thats not a way to run a business!

Pros

It was a Desk job with consistent hours and average pay. I could listen to music through headphones most of the time.

Cons

Poor management, employees are treated as if they are very replaceable, little to no schedule flexibility, rushed low quality work. They over hired when they were busy then laid people off with no warning.
