      Pros

      Manage by trust. Everyone has the opportunities to grow. Allow people to change of skill, even of career. Are demanding and exigent. Great Place to work for hard workers who have the capacity and ambition to grow. Amazing team and talented colleagues.

      Cons

      Consulting environments are always quite stressful. This is the same here.
