Pros
Small company - you'll know literally everyone. The office is cute. If you're lucky, you'll have a good mentor and learn a lot. Emphasis on work-life balance - you won't be expected to work overtime and there are lots of vacation days.
Cons
Lack of flexibility in projects - since the firm is really small, you can't really choose your projects. If you're stuck with clients you don't like dealing with, well, you're stuck. Also, they grossly underpay their employees - probably because they are immigrants and don't negotiate. However, if you are senior, you do enjoy a lot of freedom. It's not the worst first job, but jump ship as soon as you think you've gained enough credentials - if you wait to be promoted... good luck.
