- The onboarding experience is great and very personalized - you receive exactly what you need for a successful start. - From your second day you get to meet your mentor who is there to both show you important stuff and guide you during your first projects. - Everyone at the team is open to help you with whatever you need. If the person you approach doesn't know, they know who to redirect you to.

Cons

- Sometimes at the start you might be wondering what are the responsibilities of other roles, as there are many different ones, but with time you start learning them all.

INDEAVR is the place to start, learn, excel, progress and achieve. Everyone is welcome - from up-starters to senior experience professionals. It is a company you join as a single person and find and become a part of a family of educated, motivated, fun and creative people.
