      To have exposure and adoptive to other behavior and cultures of different races hence gaining expertise.

      Cons

      Climetical weather changes could be a challenge to adopt, Getting basic services would be a challenge being in a new environment.

      Pros

      Index is by far the best company I have had the opportunity to work for. It is important to leadership that you feel like you are an important part of building something that is great!. The company culture is relaxed while there is a gratification of being a part of a growing team. Expectations and goals are high but the support is present to help all employees achieve set goals. Management wants to help their teams succeed.

      Cons

      I can honestly say I have yet to find a con to working here.
