Stucked in 1990. Higher management gets high salaries and daily paid 3 courses lunch while people that gets them to keep their position earn minimum wage and can hardly buy groceries.

Sad to see the company fail to hold on to some of their top employees who switch jobs for salary reasons.

I don't see any cons to add

Oftentimes, you're by yourself and very boring. There's no real upward mobility at the company.

They expect you to do unpaid overtime almost everyday. This job position was created when the company had less locations but they tripled the work and kept everything else the same. No pay raise, no extra team members to help with the load of work. They won’t even give former employees letters of recommendation after they’ve been there for years. Ridiculous, forget having a personal life they might even make you take the work home on the weekends.

Job sometimes overwhelming due to being understaffed.

I have been with the company less than a year, nothing negative thus far.

It gets really hot in the summer and super cold in the winter

Too many systems and controls
