Pros
INDT is a company used to work with high complexity software projects, mainly from NOKIA and Microsoft. It has a very good human environment, with highly skilled people in different areas including telecom, software development and hardware manufacturing.
Cons
It is difficult to ascend in the hierarchy of the company, specially if you are a technical person.

Pros
Flexibility, very good work environment, good benefits, very good exposure to newest technologies and development techniques.
Cons
Nokia's decisions towards MS, had huge impact on INdT, the transition period is always hard, and because of that, the projects started to became less interesting, and some management decisions didn't helped to change it. Lack of communication between management and the rest of the employees.
