If you are individual who wants to grow in diverse sectors and willing to put the effort, then this is the place to be as there are immense number of opportunities that will be provided to you. Works in all sectors for MNCs, private equity firms, venture capital firms and direct financial institutions across the world.
Cons
There was a time when company use to implement the bond policy, however, these practices have been completely abolished since almost last couple of years. Even at the time, the intent and the background of the bond was shared with all potential members with great transparency and it was utilized as a necessary tool to growth of the company.
