      -Young and dynamic employee and environment - purpose is to get u a visa. They can do it, for a huge price...

      Cons

      -low wages. Like SUPER low : 6k for a full time, 2k for Interns... - lies about the strategy and communication to clients (numbers bigger, false promises like the fact they are suppose to have many offices in shanghai, etc...) -

      Pros

      you learn a lot about all type of tasks involved in the company operations: accounting, tax compliance, invoicing etc.

      Cons

      bad treatment from members of the board. Lack of flexibility and tighten schedule and control. You will be pushed to work overtime, of course unpaid. Lack of career prospects.
