Pros

* Modern tech stack * Creative and productive environment * Founders very proactive and responsible * Skills and knowledge I got in this company help me to get a job offer from one of the top IT companies in Singapore

Cons

* Very toxic working culture (no work life balance) in terms of long hours. CEO pushing you to work up to 18 hours a day (I believe working system in this company even worst than 966) * Almost no weekends (you must work even Sundays whole day), sometimes only you can enjoy your weekends when CEO in a good mood. * If you refuse to work on weekends or overtimes company will terminate you immediately. *CEO don't care about a problems you have. He only care result you deliver even if it cost by your mental and physical health due to crazy overtime work.

Pros

Truly none to mention at all.

Cons

Management will penalise you for shooting down their ideas (even if they're bad/misguided) and there's no room for growth or learning opportunities within the company. They will also show very little compassion for your service at the company, regardless of how long you have been an employee.

Pros

One of the most notable aspects of the company is their open-mindedness and willingness to listen to feedback and suggestions from employees. This approach has created a work environment where everyone feels valued and respected. Additionally, the company is very flexible with work environment and time. They offer their employees the option to work from home or remotely, which has contributed to a better work-life balance for the team. The company culture is also notable in that it is constantly evolving in a positive direction. They put a strong emphasis on personal and professional development, providing opportunities for training and education. This has led to a team of highly skilled and motivated individuals who are committed to the company's success. Finally, the company does an excellent job of giving credit and responsibilities to employees who deserve it. They recognize their contributions and give them significant roles that allow them to grow and improve their skills. Overall, based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an employer that values their employees and prioritizes a positive work culture.

Cons

The company has some areas that require improvement. One of the main issues is that some bad habits and practices from previous employees and managers are still present in the company, which negatively impacts the work environment. These need to be addressed and cleaned up in order to create a more productive and positive work culture. Another concern is that the workflow and processes could be more efficient, though the company is actively working to improve in this area. It is important to note that the process of improvement may take some time and effort. Additionally, there are occasions when employees are expected to manage too many directions and projects at once, which can lead to stress and decreased productivity. However, the company is taking steps to address this issue and is improving in this aspect. Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, the company is making progress in addressing these concerns and striving to create a better work environment.
