Pros

I was optimistic when I first joined. It is a creative environment that allows creative freedom in your work. However, I watched the company go downhill fast.

Cons

There is a COMPLETE LACK of organization and structure at this company. Upper management was shaking at the core. My manager lied to me, my team, and others to cover up their mistakes, I was blamed for projects I never worked on, I was verbally harassed, and not appreciated for my work and contributions. I am writing this review because I genuinely hope no employee is ever treated as poorly as I was.

Pros

The only 2 good reviews are from upper management. They bullied employees to take down bad reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS SINKING SHIP. You work in a WH converted to an office, they refuse to turn the heat on in the winter. There is one window in the front of the building. They refuse to buy working equipment/computers for employees.

Cons

By far the most unprofessional work environment I’ve ever seen. The company has gone through 4 “CEO/creative directors/lead of leads” in about 3 years because it’s a joke of a company and no one stays. The last CEO didn’t even make it 6 months. They hand out Director titles like their going out of style. I was bullied, put down, and treated like trash. The owner has no idea what’s going on. They hire and fire every 6 months. Don’t waste your time and talent here.

Pros

Creative environment A pave your own path mentality Quality peers that you will find friendships in

Cons

In recent years the goal has become getting as many clients as possible, instead of scaling our current brands, which has caused burn out (hence the high turnover) while also not allowing for more appropriate compensation levels. There is a clear lack of leadership within the business. We have had 4 new “Vice Presidents/Heads of Brands) in the last 3 months. Unfortunately paired with the current global pandemic that is going on, it has lead to miscommunication, anger, resentment, and hostility between management and the employees. This lack of leadership has also caused management to force employees back into the office early during the pandemic, when the work can easily be done from home, with the right guidance. Management is either too lazy or incompetent at this point to create real solutions and guide during this trying time, so they just want to go back to way things were as quickly as possible. This unfortunately is at the risk of the employees, some of whom has underlying health issues within their circle.
