Free beer and pizza on lunch.
Cons
The Kitchen Supervisor expected cooks to make pizzas and wash dishes continuously throughout the entire shift, however we were not able to during the rush. Without a dishwasher position this caused a completely packed sink right before closing and every night we would spend 2 hours washing dishes caked with oil and stains until we were forced to clock out because we weren't allowed overtime. No area for growth in the kitchen. Servers hang out in the kitchen talking while cooks are sweating bullets.

Friendly work environment, lots of opportunity for growth. I started working there as a hostess, transitioned to busser, and ended my time there as a beertender. It was a great experience, I only left because I had school obligations.
Cons
Being a women in this type of environment has its days.
