Pros

Quick to hire, quick to get rid of you when you've handed in your notice.

Cons

The worst place I've ever worked. No freedom. No flexibility. You don't get paid for sick days until you've passed your 1 YEAR probation. (which rarely happens) Management do not care, directors will spend time over 'drama' rather than working. Huge staff turnover problem. People being hired based on friendships rather than skill. Can't wait to see the company get taken over fully by JLL. Just don't work there!

Pros

ABSOLUTELY NONE !! Pay was awful and this is well known throughout the sector, looking at the recent reviews there have bee. Some shadowy effort to disguise how bad it is actually doing, considering most of the workforce are sat at home on “waiting fir works” I know this because I still keep in contact with the good few bunch left !!

Cons

Too many to list and after seeing what is clearly false positive reviews I feel the need to ACTUALLY tell you how bad this place is ran, Not bitter as there are some good people, but managment are awful pretty much running on minimum contracts hence why everyone is on awaiting works all the time I hear these days, oh yeah and giving disciplinary’s out like sweets from simply forgetting to complete questionnaires ? Why you may ask ? Easy.. to put it on record and not give you a pay rise in line with inflation, also only company I have heard of not to give rises out when the cost of living went up !!

Pros

Worked at Integral for just over a year and so far it's one of the more decent companies I've worked for. It's not where it needs to be but it's slowly becoming one of the better FM companies to work for. Management are doing more for staff, more opportunities and it's one of the few left with a solid reputation in the industry. Clients are great, lots of big contracts and the engineers and office staff are the friendliest and don't take themselves too seriously which is nice. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Needs to be more women in senior leadership Not consistent across different regions The odd few miserable characters but majority are good folk
