Pros

Management and team members are super professional and motivated. Owner and CEO of company is respectful of employees and customers. Good work-life balance.

Cons

The only negative is that the company no longer exists (it was acquired at the end of 2019 by a larger company).

1. One of the best group of people I worked with. Feels like a family as everyone is willing to help you. 2. Management does a fair job of implementing the feedback. 3. If you are a good technologist and someone who can get the work done - Intersys is that workplace where you really can take control of your career and elevate yourself up the hierarchy as fast as you want. Compensation is really good.

Cons

1. Lesser than expected growth in the new client addition. 2. Due to a non-existent brand name, employees face visa-related issues however this is more of a USCIS issue. Management does whatever it can to help the employees.
