      Pros

      Since I've started, I have had nothing but a good experience with the company. The supervisors are knowledgeable about all the sites we work, operations managers are easy to talk to and get ahold of, the senior manager is very understanding and firm decision maker.

      Cons

      There are a few hiccups with scheduling but nothing a phone call can't fix

      You will be working for AllState Security, and All State Security is poorly managed

      Pros

      It's a Security Job like any other. Lots of Overtime if you want it.

      Cons

      You will need to fight for every minute of PTO, and if you call in sick it wont be on your first check. You will have to complain, and then they wont use sick time, they will use PTO and you will have to complain again. The dispatch center is bad, and has no idea what is going on during the post shifts. Their only real job is to help manage the schedule, and they are bad at it. They will hire people and pay them more than you, just to fill the schedule.
