Pros

Very casual atmosphere, nearly to a fault. Free snacks are nice, I suppose. The work-from-home policy seems nice, but I was let go before obtaining that privilege.

Cons

Misleading and dishonest management. Dirty, unorganized, noisy office. Constant construction in, around and above the office. They use the term "best practices" about every 30 seconds.

Pros

You work with a lot of great people. They're friendly, welcoming, and outgoing. Perhaps the best part of the job. The technology of their proprietary software is cutting edge, in some facets. If they can really build on it, make it fully-functional and efficient, and evolve with modern video needs - it could really be something.

Cons

No transparency from leadership. A monthly 'coffee talk' isn't enough. The executive team isn't approachable, and seem to play favorites. 6 employees were let go on a whim one Friday, and no real answers as to why really came from it. It had everyone on eggshells for quite some time. Their latest software platform failed for large accounts, and employees were left to fall on the sword on their own. Creates a tough environment to thrive in. Also, the onboard training for their proprietary software is absolutely brutal and non-efficient. I sat around for upwards of 6 months, doing nothing. This needs a re-haul and requires vast amounts of patience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Its unfortunate you felt our leadership wasn't more forthcoming as most of our employees have found that to be the case. We have experienced challenges along the way just like every other startup technology company, however our product continues to lead this industry as evidenced by our growing Fortune 100/500 client base. We do appreciate your feedback and will use it to look for ways to improve our employee's working environment. We wish you the best and hope your new role is a better fit with your career goals!

Pros

-Team atmosphere (majority of employees want the company to be successful, even if that means working tirelessly to help others) -Knowledgeable staff (high percentage of employees have been with the company 5+ years) -Comfortable office (no dress code, very relaxed) -Values honesty and ethical behavior (honesty is key and valued by management across departments) -Fantastic technology and products -Focused on the future and leading industry trends -A+ client service. No other company treats their customers as well as INXPO does. -Promotes focused and collective collaboration in times of high stress (maintaining a level-head is valued) -Knowledge sharing is welcomed across departments (solutions & creative teams are willing to help others grow and learn)

Cons

-Underpaid employees -Conflict of interest in some mid-level managers -Lack of appropriate employee recognition -Little work-life balance -Glass ceiling -Lack of job security for services teams -Lack of consistency in job roles for services teams -Division of pay is inconsistent with workload, experience and knowledge. There are overpaid senior employees that have not kept-up with the evolution of the product offerings and there are underpaid mid-level employees who have superseded them as both product and strategy experts. -Needs to revisit hiring requirements and process for entry level employees (knowing someone at the company doesn't equate to potential for success). There is a growing quality gap in new hires.
