      - you can work from everywhere (from the home office, from Tallinn office, Berlin office, Ruggell office, from nature, from the beach); - supports employees' growth and rotation in the company; - has a clear strategy and the goal to achieve; - communication is more important than procedures; - employees first approach; - all popular and convenient IT tools in use, that make my work more efficient - helpful colleagues - good salary

      - communicate what you have as an employer that others don’t have - more team-building events, to get familiar with other colleagues from different countries

      Pros

      Team members are highly motivated, committed and hard working people, that inspire you to give your best. More and more focused on the employee wellbeing (real results and changes). Founders stay close to the team, no typical “hierarchy” feel. All opinions and everyone’s input are very welcome and often used. Great environment for professional growth, when you are willing to make the effort yourself. Company direction seems to be becoming clearer, more focused and better workload. Necessary changes are done swiftly and efficiently.

      Cons

      Typical growth pains, most of them are already improving or being handled (strategy, direction, clear goals, leadership). Internal communication is not always great. Limited resources, due to being a startup.

      Pros

      Most welcoming and systematic onboarding. You'll find always someone willing to help you. I truly believe that INZMO will make it to the top because of the great people in it.

      Cons

      As this firm has had some changes it might feel like a rookie at some points. There are some corners sharpen but overall everything works great.
