      Pros

      -Great leadership and personnel management -Much better PTO program than most other contracting companies of their size -Make it easy to claim expenses and use benefits, no hoops to jump through -Always looking to improve

      Cons

      -Education benefits are lacking, however given the company size, it's very hard to support a full suite of benefits -No other cons, loved working with them
