Former employee here. My experience with this company was unfortunately disappointing, particularly in terms of people management and employee relations. Leadership culture felt highly top-down, with limited room for constructive dialogue or employee support. Management decisions were often communicated in a way that created unnecessary pressure rather than collaboration. Psychological safety and employee trust did not feel like organisational priorities during my tenure. The most concerning part of my experience was during the resignation/offboarding process. HR practices felt more focused on protecting company interests than ensuring fair and transparent treatment of employees. Processes around notice period obligations and exit clearance were handled in a manner that I found unnecessarily rigid, opaque, and stressful. Employees should ensure they fully understand all employment terms, notice clauses, and exit implications before joining or resigning, and keep clear written records of important discussions. There are capable people in the organisation, but overall I would advise prospective employees to carefully evaluate whether the culture, management approach, and employee support systems align with what they are looking for in a workplace.
