      Sorry, but there's NO PROS to write!

      Too many to mention. Just please for your own sake, don't even attempt to apply for a job with ION Trading! And if you are still working for them, get out of their trap as soon as you can! Or you will definitely regret it forever. Don't do it, run away from them!

      Pros

      Technical innovation but limited to company platform as you need to use specific Apis. So you gain knowledge very specific to company and are left with little options when you want to change thw compnay Salary is at par with market.. but now that is also not very much attractive

      Cons

      People who are close to Top management in Noida flourish Rest don't It is like a Kindom, and if you dont abide by the King.. then you are gone I have seen best of talent leaving company because of such politics Nothing like corporate culture
