We are sorry that your experience with us didn’t quite match your expectations. We would like to address a couple of your comments to clarify any ambiguity. We do occasionally invite our employees to review our company on sites like this one in order to give our employees an opportunity to anonymously express how they feel about how we’re doing so we know what we’re doing right and where we need to improve. We value our employees and their opinions. Reviews are posted by actual employees, both current and past. There is absolutely nothing fake submitted. Also, we are a secure facility and as such, of course we have security cameras on site, the locations of all are known to everyone. We make no secret of this fact. IP Services prides itself on the security of our datacenter and the high level of protection we offer our clients. Lastly, on 08FEB2023, you posted your review here saying you are a former Sr. Network Engineer who has worked here for less than 1 year. All of our Sr. Network Engineers have been on staff with us for 3+ years so I am confused as to why you would say you worked for us when you have not, or haven’t for many years. Also, Scott is not the IT Director and has never/does not directly oversee the Engineering group. If you are open to it, we would like the opportunity to investigate your feedback further.
