      More concerned about own reputation than delivery of safe care

      Local community service Has potential to be a good service

      Cons

      No health practitioners in senior management and executive which means no real experience delivering health care. This is frightening for a health care service to operate without real oversight from experienced people. I witnessed several issues with safe and effective care that were swept under the rug by an executive team that appeared more concerned with their reputation than the community they serve or their own staff.

      Pros

      A very understanding company that helps the community. My manager really valued feedback and understood difficult situations, I felt heard and valued as their employee. They're doing great work, you can see that they really empowered clients to get their lives back.

      Cons

      A few older employees tried to take advantage of young and new employees, however if you stood your ground they soon backed off.
