If you ever want to advance your career in a serious manner, this is not the company unless you are related to the CEO or a man. Titles are a walking joke -- they are given out like water just to keep you happy. No mentoring from executive staff to aid in crafting any professional track or plan to advance; merely you are stuck in your role for years. Raises are rarely given out and you are not valued as bringing anything unique to the company, just another seat to fill and can be quickly replaced. If laughing and silly parties are utmost important, this can be the company for you, otherwise don't waste your time and energy.
