Pros

People were truly the best. Well, some were. Upper Management doesn't apply. Everyone else really cared about each other personally and professionally. Oh, but there is a pool table! What a pool table it is. Made the place so fun.

Cons

The COO is disreputable at best. The other Directors are unprofessional and unclear. These people make empty promises and lie to cover their tracks.

Pros

Nice enough people but the thinking is a bit behind the times.

Cons

They just don't have the business flow or current client mix that will drive growth. The salary levels are very low and they are looking for people to work an unreasonable amount.
