Pros

- Not being unemployed - Being on client site so you don’t have to see staff back at office

Cons

- Do not give staff autonomy - Hires people with poor skills, low performers resulting in clients associating the company as all poor performers - No career planning. Good luck if you want to be guided to advance in career - DOESNT give existing staff promotions. Hired external people in with higher positions. You work with these new highers at client sites. Clients get rid of them quick due to poor performance - Unrealistic demands to drop client work to do IQ activities - Toxic work culture. Executive staff bad mouth new/current/old staff. Culture fostered by CEO - Pay rises a joke. Even with your “pay rise” you’re still 15% below market rate - Staff sit on bench for months yet they are treated like gods. I’ve seen dedicated hardworking employees who have been on projects since day 1 with no bench time treated terribly. They all leave pretty soon and with good reason - High employee turnover. There’s good reason
