It’s a great place to work with exceptionally talented people, the office always had a positive atmosphere and employees are treated like human beings rather than just a number in a corporate machine. In terms of tech, there is an open-minded approach to new technologies and solutions so long as they can complete the task at hand and trying something new is embraced rather than feared, it’s a great place to start your career in tech and you can learn from some very knowledgeable people here.
Cons
Salaries are uncompetitive when compared to tech hubs such as Manchester and London.
