Pros
I worked there for a period of time and unfortunately my experience was not positive. The management was very unprofessional, and there was a clear lack of support and communication within the company. The team leader had weak leadership skills, was not cooperative, and did not provide proper guidance or support to the team. What disappointed me the most was how employees were treated. People could be dismissed suddenly without warning or clear reasons, which created an unstable and stressful work environment. I also went through a major surgery during my time there, and despite having an official medical report stating the recovery period I needed, the company was unwilling to grant me the medical leave recommended by my doctor. I found this very unfair and lacking basic empathy and professionalism toward employees’ health and wellbeing.
Cons
One of the few positive aspects of the company is that the salary is relatively fair compared to the current market standards. However, in my experience, the work environment and management style outweighed this advantage.
