Pros
Good training in the beginning, innovations, you can work for a lot of different client companies and get a lot of experience quite quickly.
Cons
Bad compensation system, bonus not paid. As a developer, you might not be respected enough. There is no clear pathway, things change rapidly. To advance your career, you might stuck in one position/role for long.
