Pros
*Good benefits with competitive compensation. *Most of the staff are good people to work with. *Company is well positioned for success.
Cons
*Upper management has been mostly replaced over the last four years with individuals of a lower caliber than the original management that built the company and designed the product lines initially. *Nepotism. Too many sons, daughters, husbands, wives, mothers, fathers, nieces, nephews and cousins working together. It is very common for employed realatives to get family members hired on and in many cases without any relavent experience. *CEO/President is a very gifted inventor and designer however mostly hands off when corporate managemnt participation is required leaving the lower caliber management staff to make decisions, many of which are not positive or sound decisions.
