      Pros

      Experiences will be new and fun at first. Project development, refining lab techniques.

      Cons

      Nepotism. Straight nepotism. No real collaboration between departments besides constant nagging. Projects get sidelined for bigger, "better" projects - eventually leaving the older projects behind and unfinished. Massive amount of shady money handling. Management is a joke, literally never present and if they are, they're not doing anything. Very small company so gossip is around every corner. When I left, there was a massive loss of data due to a server outage and no backup material for months. Just don't bother with this place.

      We are very sorry that you did not feel comfortable coming to us with your concerns while you were still employed at ISCA. It is true that we have persons related to each other in the Company; we realize that this has pros and cons for both employees and for Management. We strive to be ethical in both our finances and how we treat people and we continue to learn through experience. Feedback is encouraged at ISCA. Negative feedback is sometimes difficult to take, but we appreciate the opportunity it offers us to improve. We appreciate the work you did for our Company despite how you were feeling and sincerely hope you have found a better fit on your career path.

      Pros

      Easy job, no one really cares what you do. Says a lot about the management though.

      Cons

      Absolutely no benefits, low pay. They try to save their own money by not taking taxes out of our paychecks so we get left with the hassle around tax season. They make every little purchase a big deal and theres no room to move up or be promoted. Don't work here.

      We are sorry that you had this kind of experience at ISCA several years ago. We believe that our current benefits package is generous and that salaries are competitive compared to where they were in the past when we were a younger company trying to stay afloat.

      Would make a Great Ethics Case study...

      Pros

      Great coworkers (while they are still around anyway...) and interesting work. Great experience as it's a small company with lots of opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Management in Enron-Tier inept and major cashflow issues disrupt work. Very high turnover. Questionable future.
